The current Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all fields, including education. One of them is in the field of early childhood education which requires teachers to do online learning. The purpose of the study was to obtain information on how to implement online learning in Kindergarten (TK) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research subjects were 6 kindergarten teachers in the village of Kemantan, Kerinci Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, literature studies and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that there are several obstacles faced in the implementation of online learning. The cause is inadequate facilities from the school, and teachers and parents' perception that online learning is difficult to do. Preparing kindergarten teachers to conduct online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is very much needed. Preparation starts from the lesson plan, communication with parents and other supporting facilities.
